Update

To update an existing API Builder application, execute the following command from within the application directory:

npm update

To update the API Builder CLI, execute the following command:

axway pm update

Release notes

  • #6310: A new “Custom OpenAPI” type of plugin template can now be created from the API Builder CLI. This template allow you to package and share plugins containing flow-nodes generated by simply dropping OpenAPI files into the openapi directory of your plugin. Custom OpenAPI plugins can be created by using the new --type flag in the API Builder CLI. amplify builder plugin init --type=oas The standard plugin can still be created using amplify builder plugin init, or by providing --type=standard
  • #6461: Added setOptions to plugin that is returned from MockRuntime.loadPlugin in @axway/api-builder-test-utils, and an option validateOutputs that, when enabled, will validate output values against the output’s JSON schema (defaults to false).
  • #6464: Updated template for new API Builder Plugins to include logger example.
  • #6468: Added feature to newly generated plugins that enables output JSON schema validation on @axway/api-builder-test-utils.
