Update

To update an existing API Builder application, execute the following command from within the application directory:

npm update

To update the API Builder CLI, execute the following command:

axway pm update

Features

  • #6099: Support option to disable all HTTP traffic when HTTPS is enabled

Fixes

  • #5210: Modernise api-builder runtime tests: models_test.js
  • #6135: Server fails to start without @axway/api-builder-admin on Node.js 12 or 13

Release notes

  • #6099: Previously, when https traffic is enabled there was no way to disable http traffic. Now, new configuration option - http.disabled - can be used to disable http traffic. See deprecation [D038].
  • #6135: Previously, API Builder would crash on startup when running a production install without @axway/api-builder-admin on Node.js 12 or 13. Now, the service starts as expected.
